It is important to realize the many different life experiences and influences involved in making the decision to buy a home. This designation educates about the specil needs of mature clients. It explores the unique needs of moving to the next stage of life. This spans a huge area of particular needs relating to financial changes, health changes and purpose changes. As I gett older my freinds and family are also getting older. It just follows that I need to gain particular knowledge about this group of people.
