In 1987 Blair earned a B.S. Degree from Purdue University in Management. This degree has always been instrumental in helping him perform his job duties, approaching each as a project that just needs to be guided thru the labyrinth to completion. During his early career Blair work in the hospitality industry and honed his proclivity to service. This adherance to a high service calls for a hands-on approach. Blair has worked in many sales environments. Having worked for years in high volume sales environment he prefers to work as he is now more independently and treating each transaction with kid gloves.
The process of buying or selling a home has many subtleties and intracacies that require knowledge and attention. It is this attention to details that helps transactions run smoothly to bring about a smooth closing.
Blair truly loves all things to do with houses. Construction and Design are exciting to him. Finding the wonderful home for his clients and then helping them make it their own is ultimately rewarding to him.
At this stage of his career he works primarily from referrals and past clients. That is easy to explain as he becomes friends with all his clients and maintains the bond formed during the purchase or construction process. He jokes that he often goes thru withdrawal when the house sale is closed or construction project is completed.
